Can I cancel at any time?

Yes - no contract, no cancellation fees, no commitment.

It's easy to cancel online anytime - if you do so you will not be billed at the end of your current billing cycle (monthly/yearly), and at that point your access to the course content will be revoked.

[Note: If you've paid for a full year or more, it's possible to retain access to course content.] 

How to cancel:

To cancel your membership immediately, please send us an email.

Alternatively, you can cancel your membership through your account settings using the instructions below.

STEPS FOR CANCELLATION:

1. Log into your TheBeekeeper.org account.
2. Click on your avatar in the top right of the page.
3. Select Settings from the dropdown.
4. Click Billing Info in the top right of the page.

If you subscribed with a debit or credit card:

• Select the Cancel button.

If you subscribed with PayPal:

• Select Manage Subscription in Paypal.

• You will then be redirected to your PayPal account in the Payments tab. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to log in to your PayPal account.

• Click Payments in the top menu.

• Select Manage automatic payments under the "Automatic payments" section.

• Select Beeinventive Pty Ltd in the left sidebar.

• Click the Cancel button.

• Confirm your wish to cancel and click Cancel Automatic Payments.
